American Magnetics, Inc. (AMI) has been an industry leader for over fifty years in the design and manufacture of superconducting magnet systems, cryogenic liquid level instrumentation, magnet power supply systems and various electro-mechanical assemblies. AMI has achieved a reputation for delivering high quality technical products to industry, OEMs, government labs and academia.

 AMI’s first product was a liquid helium level measurement system which was quickly expanded to include level monitor and controllers for various cryogenic liquids. As the superconducting magnet business increased, power supply controllers were added to the product line. OEM customers provided challenging opportunities to expand the product line as well. Included in AMI’s product line is an industry-leading superconducting magnet power supply system that has no equal in the marketplace.
